Yes — delivery to your door is free within those four boroughs. Extra services such as setup or carrying a tree up several flights are discussed separately and aren’t automatically included.
Next-day options are often possible, but they depend on demand, your location and the tree you choose. Tell us your preferred date and we’ll confirm what we can do.
Choosing a tree
Real trees bring natural scent and character for the season. Artificial trees are reusable and keep a consistent shape with no needles to sweep. If you’re undecided, choose “Help me choose” on the form and we’ll talk it through.
Availability changes through the season, so we confirm it when we follow up. Measure your ceiling height and the floor space where the tree will stand, and tell us the height and width you’d like.
Apartments & access
Your floor, whether there’s an elevator or stairs only, and any building rules — receiving hours, doorman sign-in, or service-entrance requirements. Add these under “Delivery date & access” on the form so we can plan the delivery.
Additional services
Ask us. These aren’t included in free delivery by default, and whether we can help depends on the request. Mention what you need in the form or when you call, and we’ll tell you what’s possible before anything is confirmed.
Businesses
Tell us how many trees you need, the sizes, each location and the date you need them by. Choose “Business” on the form or call us to discuss quantities, deadlines and receiving arrangements, and we’ll confirm what we can do.

After you send a request, we contact you to confirm the tree, price, availability and delivery details. Nothing is charged through this website.
